To process this smoothly, we require clear photo or video proof of the damaged product. This helps us assess the issue and ensure quality control for future orders.

 

To request a replacement:

Share photos or a video of the damaged item(s)

 

Include your order ID and a brief description of the issue

 

Send the above to support@earthylia.com within 24 hours of receiving your order

 

Once reviewed and approved by our team, your replacement will be dispatched promptly, at no extra cost.
