Refund & Replacement Policy of Earthylia

At Earthylia, we pour love and care into every laddoo, bar, and bake we prepare. As our products are freshly made and perishable, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

In Case of Damage

We understand that things can sometimes go wrong during transit. If your order arrives in a damaged or defective condition, we’re here to help with a prompt replacement.

To request a replacement:

  • Share clear photos or a video showing the damaged item(s).
  • Include your order ID and a brief description of the issue.
  • Send the above to support@earthylia.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Once reviewed and approved by our team, your replacement will be dispatched promptly at no extra cost to you.

Important Notes

  • Replacement requests without proper photo or video proof may not be eligible for processing.
  • Requests made beyond 24 hours of delivery may not be considered.
  • No monetary refunds are provided due to the perishable nature of our sweets; replacements are our way of ensuring your satisfaction.
